Aside from being an excellent and caring hygienist, another area of dentistry where Donica really shines is in developing relationships with our patients. She finds it fun visiting with them about their lives — their work, family, fun trips, and hobbies. “It’s important to us that our patients feel comfortable, cared for and respected. When patients come to us they can trust that we will do our very best to take good care of them.”
Donica is married with two grown children and two lovely grandchildren. Her interests outside of work include horseback riding, downhill skiing, and traveling with friends. Donica also likes to read and is a member of a book club.

“The dynamic between me and my co-workers is also professional; highlighted by teamwork and friendship.” And being a dental hygienist gives Heidi a lot of satisfaction as she sees improvement in the health of a patient’s mouth resulting in a great smile.

Danielle graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in 2010 with a degree in Dental Assisting and General Studies.
As the freshest face to our team, Danielle is pleased to have found the working environment she hoped for: “a boss and co-workers who act like a family and who get along well … that is exactly what Team Bosacker is.” Danielle feels this component of the practice is very important. “Being able to communicate with each other creates a pleasant environment for our patients as well.”
Danielle would like patients to know this about Dr. Bosacker’s dental practice: “Dr. Bosacker does very well explaining treatment needs and options to each patient. He’s always open to questions or concerns and tries to explain in ways the patient can understand.” “And every person on the team works to build a relationship with the patient so that they are as comfortable as they can be.”
Having grown up in Decorah, Iowa, Danielle is currently having fun getting to know the Lake Mills community. Married with two sons, Danielle likes to spend her free time camping, walking, reading, doing home improvements, and traveling to see family who live out of town.
